I had a horrible service experience. Long delay, poor communication from service rep, and an almost unnecessary expenditure. I also had to witness to other poor customer service to other customers wh communication from service rep, and an almost unnecessary expenditure. I’ve always been happy with Toyota service pleasant , friendly and helpful! This last time I was upset because I was under the impression I was due for a oil change when I called the call center for anot friendly and helpful! This last time I was upset because I was under the impression I was due for a oil change when I called the call center for another concern. I did explain to the rep I was at 1300 miles she started it was 6m or 5000miles, and because I was at 6m it was recommended. So I came in for the appt and Kevin explained I was not due for the oil change and only due the inspection and tire rotation he was very helpful explaining if I use the oil change I would lose 1 service. I agreed to do the inspection. He was very helpful. Although I did call the call center manager to complain for the miss leading information had Kevin not explained to me the process I would have lost 1 service. Thank you Kevin!! More

Came in for a 5k maintenance service and I asked the service advisor about different products for my vehicle. Advisor was not familiar with the product that the toyota facility offered. I felt that he could have helped out by inquiring for the customer. Dont know if he was having a bad day or was just not well trained as an employee. I even asked if he was new, and he replied, no.
