47 minutes wait time in vehicle before any offered help! It took 47 minutes and me getting out of my vehicle before anyone came to get my service started. Horrible Express Service I’ve taken my vehicles to Elk Grove Toyota a few times only to remind me of why not to come here again. They lied about the wait time. Customer Service I have been going to E.G. Toyota for about 5 years now. I have never had any issues, until my last visit. I had an appt and took my car in the day bef I have been going to E.G. Toyota for about 5 years now. I have never had any issues, until my last visit. I had an appt and took my car in the day before to do a drop off, the wait time wasn’t just a couple minutes but more like 30! After going in and asking to be seen the 2nd time, I was finally checked in. But turns out that E.G. Toyota does care and I was my car service was nicely taken care of and they turned what would have been a poor visit to a great visit! More
