Customer Service I have been going to E.G. Toyota for about 5 years now. I have never had any issues, until my last visit. I had an appt and took my car in the day bef I have been going to E.G. Toyota for about 5 years now. I have never had any issues, until my last visit. I had an appt and took my car in the day before to do a drop off, the wait time wasn’t just a couple minutes but more like 30! After going in and asking to be seen the 2nd time, I was finally checked in. But turns out that E.G. Toyota does care and I was my car service was nicely taken care of and they turned what would have been a poor visit to a great visit! More

Excellent service, but...., I have been a client of this dealership for purchases as well as service and repairs for more than twenty five years. I have always had an excellent e I have been a client of this dealership for purchases as well as service and repairs for more than twenty five years. I have always had an excellent experience. However, this time was a bit different. It may be that I was forced to buy a new battery two days before Christmas with a lots of last minute errands to complete. I was a bit irritable, to say the least, with the timing of my dead battery. So, needless to say, the mulitple texts/voicemails, just to say I ‘needed a new battery and please contact us if you would like to go ahead with the work’ was extremely annoying. I told them when I arrived I knew I needed a new battery. They said they had to do testing to be sure, which I do understand. But, since I had already approved the work, is it really necessary to ask me again if I want a new battery? If I didn’t want a battery I would not have come in. To me that is just common sense. Also, the waiting area had the TV blairing and also very loud Christmas music coming from the showroom. It was impossible to think. I had to endure that for more than an hour. So, maybe, in the future, you can ask our clients if they want to give approval after they report their findings as to whether they want the work done or if they want to approve the work at the time they talk with the service person? AND, personally, I feel the TV is obnoxious since there is noting on that would appeal to anyone. Save yourself some electricity and turn it off or find something enjoyable to watch. More
