Worst experience ever! I had the most absolute worst experience with your service depaetment. I was extrememly disrespected, treated poorly, talked down to, I was also talke I had the most absolute worst experience with your service depaetment. I was extrememly disrespected, treated poorly, talked down to, I was also talked over the entire time. To me it felt like just because I was a female by myself without a man by my side they just wanted to get me out of the door and didnt want to have to deal with my car. I will never be back to your service department let alone purchase a vehicle from your dealership. I will never recommend your service department to anyone because of how Mr Josh Elkins treated me. I think its fair to say your service department needs to work on their customers service and their people skills. I had never been in the dealership before. josh elkins scheduled the car for service Monday and josh and his team clearly went the extra mile to diagnose the problem, obtain parts in a timely manner, and make the repair promptly and professionally. Josh also made certain the repair was covered by my warranty company. the repair was completed as promised, and josh called me repeatedly to keep me up to date. I highly recommend josh and elkins. Never once did I feel pressured into making a purchase. Bill and Adam made sure I was completely satisfied, and they emphasized that it was about so much more than selling me a car. Their goal is to create a lifelong relationship between dealer and buyer. I have to admit, I have never been more comfortable purchasing a vehicle, and I will always give them the first opportunity to meet my vehicle needs in the future. Best Chevy Dealer in NJ! This new Silverado makes it my 4th vehicle bought from Elkins Chevy, and I can’t say enough good things about this dealership. They’ve grown by leaps This new Silverado makes it my 4th vehicle bought from Elkins Chevy, and I can’t say enough good things about this dealership. They’ve grown by leaps & bounds since that dealer on Rt 47, but the personal service has always stayed the same. Todd was great at making sure all my questions were answered! Being at Elkins Chevrolet is like being at a friend’s house, that may sound strange for a car dealership, but you have to go there to see what I mean.
