As opposed to the other dealers, Todd put me in a car he thought I would have the best chance for loan approval for, AFTER he began that discussion with the financial managers. After he was confident with meeting my financial goals, he got me in a test drive. I had some demanding expectations for a FIRST TIME certified pre-owned buyer, but Todd was able to meet me halfway in basically every category. My ONLY complaint was the wait time. However, Todd kept me informed with any hold ups, and even if he was helping more than one customer, he always kept me in the loop. I wasn't in a terrible rush anyway, but it was nice that he kept checking on my paperwork and me throughout the visit. Would definitely recommend this dealer and Todd specifically in the future. I was with Lisa briefly to discuss financial warranty options. Although I decided not to go with them on this purchase, she was very thorough in explaining all of the options to me and the price changes they would result in. Watch your elbows on her table though, constantly spilling drinks!! :) More
