Todd was excellent and did great service recovery from past Todd was honest and very upfront with me in finding a great vehicle which met my needs. I was not going to go back to Elkins as I had a very poor experience 3 years ago when I purchased 3 cars in 1 day and had a poor experience with a dishonest salesperson who I did not see yesterday. Todd met me in the parking lot and helped with an efficient process to get me driving my new car home just a short time after. My plan was, if I did see the previous salesperson to immediately leave and go to Subaru. I do not think she works there anymore so that probably was good for the dealership. Todd is an asset and I will be a repeat customer for sure. Lisa in the intimidating and often frustrating finance room was excellent as well. I believe for the first time, the numbers quoted for the purchase did not suddenly change. Great efficient service. More
