An elkinschevy emblem was put on the SUV which we did not want and it was put on crooked. We had stated that the tires needed air after the test drive and this was not addressed. Had to come back on Monday to get them filled and when I asked about taking the emblem off I was told it couldn’t be done without ruining the paint. Was told they had to put them but that wasn’t the case when we brought our truck there last year More

After having a bad experience at a local nearby Chevy dealership, who seemed "put out" because we didn't like anything on their lot, we went to Elkins. Met the sales reps, Todd Hersh and Mike Bergholtz, who made it their mission to find us the SUV we wanted. Not only did they provide the best customer service throughout the whole process, but Todd and Mike were able to locate a Traverse with the specs I wanted at a PA dealership and had it delivered within 2 days. Not only that, the Elkins team still worked with me to negotiate the best price on the Traverse, even using "flex cash" to help get us to the target price we wanted. Even the finance manager was amazed at the deal we got on our new Traverse. I would definitely recommend Elkins Chevrolet to anyone on the market for their next automobile! More

Boris; Dealer by day, Superhero by night When I walked into Elkin's Chevy I knew I was going to be working with some good, honest people. I had been there a few times before and was able to f When I walked into Elkin's Chevy I knew I was going to be working with some good, honest people. I had been there a few times before and was able to finance my first car there. Naturally I was totally convinced I was in good hands and so I went back to finance something new. Boris greeted my sister, my niece, and I as we pulled up. He was very kind and very funny. As we sat down and got underway throughout the whole process he was very cool but very straightforward about the whole thing. He knew my budget and took into consideration all the criteria that I had. Let me tell you, he did not disappoint. Boris delivered. Throughout the whole process he continued to go above and beyond even buying us pizza when he had though I'd be walking away with the car that I had really wanted. Him and the boys at Elkin's were able to seal the deal. I cannot thank Boris enough for his hard work and his kind nature. I give credit not just to Boris but to everyone at Elkins.
