Follows Through On Their Word I came in late on a Thursday evening. Test drove a Bolt EV, and walked out with it less than 2 hours later. It is really hard to get more straightforward of a buying experience than that. I have worked with my salesman, Tony Dillard, who listens to exactly what I had in mind, and did not show me any vehicles that were beyond my price range. He was very available to go over options on the phone before coming in, and had just the right car in mind for me, which I love!!! When it came time to the paperwork, Elkins could not make things any easier. They contacted my insurance company, got my registration done, and will call me when the tags are ready. They also have a wonderful IT wiz, Mike, who got my cell phone all connected to the hands free system and also went over the latest Chevy features, as well as told me to call or stop in anytime I need help with any of it.
