No crazy haggling or games as is sometimes the case at other dealerships. It was a stress free transaction and when it came to pick up my car, they had my paperwork ready and I was in and out. As soon as we walked up Bill was there to greet us, right away I could tell he was a good gu My wife, kids, and I went to look at a car we saw online. As soon as we walked up Bill was there to greet us, right away I could tell he was a good guy. Didn't go right after us about the car and how he could get us into it. He just talked to us about today, yesterday and our life. He was very good with our kids, a 3 year old and a 1 year old so you can imagine they get bored at a dealership, but he continued to show them attention when they seemed a little bored. He made the process of buying a new car painless and work with us to make it possible. I would recommend going to Elkins Chevy, but I would highly recommend going to Elkins to see Bill Wiler, I will continue to go there as long as he is working there. More
