I had been looking for a used Xterra and found one on the Elkins web site and headed down to look at it. I was met by James (Jimmy or Scooter) out in the lot after looking at it and we took a ride. He was a real solid guy...No pressure, no nonsense; just a strait up gentleman the whole visit. He called to follow up later that evening and we talked a price. He took the time to exchange a few calls before we got to a price that was manageable on my budget. I would have liked to get a cheaper price but I feel I got a great deal for the money! I picked up the car the next day and it was cleaned and washed and ready to go. Even though I am from New York they handled all of the title, tags and sales tax issues on the spot so I wouldnt have to visit the dreaded DMV.. I kept hearing about the $9.99 oil change after each Philadelphia Flyers win. I thought there was a catch to the deal especially since I have spent $25-$30 for oil changes for years. I pulled up to the dealership and was greeted by Adam who walked my over to the service department. It is a very nice feeling to be greeted and treated kindly and time I am going to spend money at a business. Adam was a service advisor and I told him I was there for an oil change. Instead of charging me the full price as if I didnt know about the Flyers promotion, he told me I was in luck and that the oil change would be $9.99 today. I walked out to my car with him so he could get my milage. Right away he noticed that my tired were completly worn out and showed me how to tell how worn they were. I had no intentions of spending anymore money at the dealership that day. I would never get tires at a dealership because of their high prices. Under no pressure, Adam recommended I get new tires because mine could be very dangerous in bad weather. He told me that their tire prices were very competitive and that he was sure I'd be satisified with the price. After calling a few other tire companies to get quotes, I decided to go ahead and have Adam replace my tires since his prices was were much lower then the other places I called. Waiting in the showroom, Bob and Jason were at the front desk and asked if I was okay, offered me coffee and asked if I needed any assistance. I told them I was getting service but jokingly said I would love to drive that new Camero. One thing I loved about this dealership is that the salesman werent volchers. Jumping down my throat the second I walked in to try and sell me a car. They all had smiles on their faces, great attitudes, were extremely friendly, and made sure I felt comfortable. After 40 minutes, I went to check on the progress of my car. Adam said it was just getting the complimentary car wash and It will be ready to go in a few minutes. I was very impressed with how fast the service took. Adam told me how much I owed and was very satisfied. Oil change, 4 new tires, and a rotation, all for an exceptional price. I'd recommend Elkins Chevrolet to anyone who is looking for great service at an affordable price. Based on the reviews on this site and a positive recommendation from a friend I decided to give Elk trim level which I found on the Elkins website. Both were very friendly and courteous answering all my questions with no high pressure sales techniques. To my surprise the financing experience was also a pleasant one. Not only did Nick Mastripolito not pressure me for extras, but he found me a very low interest rate that was lower than any I had found researching online. I feel that what I paid for the new car was a good price and the trade-in allowance was fair. Overall I was very pleased, and would recommend Elkins Chevrolet to others. More

My wife and I were considering buying a 2012 Chevy Equinox. We had visited a dealer close to our home in Bucks County, PA and was unable to make a deal. I went online to Chevrolet.com to see what cars were in inventory around the area and found two that interested me at Elkins Chevrolet. I called on the telephone and had a very nice convesation with Steve Rosenberg. That same night, my wife and I went down there to see Steve and one of the cars we saw online. We drove the car while Steve had our trade in appraised. When we returned to the dealership, we met the Sales Manager, Bob Borman. Bob was another very nice, professional guy who treated us with respect. He told us the appraised value of our trade in and advised us of incentives that were available to us. We asked a few questions which were answered quickly and professionally. The deal Elkins offered was by far much better than any deal we had been previously offered. We decided to buy the car at which point we met Nick Mastripolito, the Business Manager. Nick was another extremely nice guy. It was very easy to tell that this crew was sincere and not just being friendly in a phoney kind of way. It was quite refreshing and a great experience considering that we were purhasing a car which is usually torture! I would recommend Elkins Chevrolet to anybody and tell them that it is definitely worth the trip to Marlton, NJ to see these guys. More
