I was in a typical car buyer situation.......driving a 14 year old car that was dying but didn't want a "NEW" car payment or have a downpayment other than my trade. After looking at a number of high mileage used vehicles with no warranty,Steve Wahid and Joe Capra were able to put me into a new 2012 Chevy Cruz lease with very little money down and a payment comparable to what I would have paid on a used car with high mileage. These guys were great, they actually listened to the situation I was in and really made me feel like they took the transaction personal as well. They understood the situation I was in and truly wanted to help. These guys were honest and upfront and treated me with respect and it wasn't all about the numbers. If anyone out there wants/needs a new car, give these guys a call and let them give you some options, you'll be surprised at how easy it is. My car was slightly over due for an oil change, and I found myself with some spare time, came into Elkins, and asked if they could do the oil change for me. When it was time to pay the bill, I was surprised at the price, $9.95. I questioned Adam, and he informed me that the Flyers (hockey Team), had won their game the night before, so Elkins has special pricing for oil changes.After paying my bill, I went out to my car to find it had also been WASHED!!! What a great experience! In these tough economic times, its nice to find a dealer who goes over and above to make his customers happy. More

Presented 2008 Impala for warrenty service drive train @ 98000 mi. They refused to perform warrenty service, informing me that the last servicing agentfailed to perform proper service for a transmission flu 98000 mi. The service that I paid for did not solve transmission leak. Failure to perform manufacture warrenty resposibilities and incompetence in service provided assures that I will not return or render positive referal. More

I was a little disappointed with Elkins initial quote, which was $1000.00 higher than the best price I received from the other dealers. The difference was the price of my trade in. We negotiated and I was able to get the same price quote, plus an accessory added to my purchase. I was very pleased with the work of the finance department, as they were able to beat my credit union rate. The Salesman was very friendly, courteous, and helpful in answering all of my questions. I was a tough customer, but we all came away being satisfied. More
