Even though the day was busy and it was nearing to closing time, Bob Borman stayed after the closing work hours and completed all the formalities of the deal. When I arrived he was quickly available and was attentive to my questions and requests. After my test drive he handed me over to Russ Abate who handled finalizing the numbers to make my monthly payment work. On the day that I purchased the vehicle they worked quickly to expedite the paperwork process and Jeff did a wonderful job of showing me all the technical aspects of the car before allowing me to drive off with my new truck.
