Both Phil and Nick went out of their way to ensure we were satisfied and both stayed well after hours to complete the purchase. They even went out of their way to help us unload items from our trade in to the new Equinox. All in all, the experience was absolutely great. I had hoped to fit a 2011 end of the year model into my limited budget. After having many features of the Equinox demonstrated to me by Jeff and Randy and taking it for a test drive during an initial late evening visit that went beyond closing, Joe and Bob contacted me with a negotiable offer on a 2012 Equinox 1LT. During a short 2-1/2 hour second visit, Joe, Bob, Randy, Nick and I were able to reach a WIN-WIN agreement. The second visit included additional features demo, detailed explanations, insurance and car change transactions, and very competitive financing. MY HIGH EXPECTATIONS WERE TRULY EXCEEDED. Elkins Chevrolet is a really professional dealership which seeks to exceed Customer Expectations and THEY DID. When I tried to cancel this warranty from home, the warranty holder suggested I contact the car dealership and have him cancel the warranty on my behalf. When I called Nick, he was extremely familar with the process and just asked for my warranty contract number and said he would handle the rest. In less than 10 minutes, Nick called me back; he let me know that the warranty was cancelled and that I would be getting my pro-rated refund check back in about one week. When he told me the amount I was pleasantly surprised. The professionalism, expertise and Customer focus here at Elkins Chevrolet are impressive. I think we can all agree buying a new car or truck is stressful. We dont want to be taken advantage of and we know the dealer has the upper hand. The first place I went to Pelligreno did not like this and gave me the run around on why they needed to run my credit. They were down right rude. I went to Elkins and met Skip, who from the start was up front with me. I showed him the price Pelligreno gave me on a Silverado. Skip spoke with his sales manager and offered me the same deal on a better truck with a great rate. They took my word that I had good credit and did not push the issue to run it. I had the best car buying experience with Elkins. They gave me a great deal on a great truck! More

When my husband and I went to Elkins Chevrolet we were just looking and getting ideas. The salesman that we were told to see was not working that day so Jum Horan helped us out. He was very helpful. I told him what vehicle I had beeen interested but when told the going price I said I could not pay that price for the size of the vehicle. We already own a Suburban and a Silverado, so you can tell we like big vehicles. Jimmy determined this and took us out on the lot to show us some vehicles. The Silverado crew cab stood out. Jim listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. He never talked past me to my husband(something I have experienced in the past). Jimmy was so helpful and informative that we wanted him to get the credit for the sale so we signed the papers that day. Everyone else at Elkins was helpful and friendly also. The other salesmen show an interest in us getting the vehicle and were very friendly even though they were not the ones selling the truck. Overall, I can't think of anywhere else we would go to purchase or lease another vehicle. After all, it has to be Chevy so it will always be Elkins Chevrolet. More

My salesperson was LORI, she was friendly , knowledgable, and took the time to explain what the features were and how they operate. After checking out her used suv's , I test drove a 2011 Equinox and there was no comparision, the quality is GREAT, I LOVE MY EQUINOX. The sales manager helped us with our Jeep trade-in. If you want a great experience the next time you need a vehicle, Elkins Chevrolet is where you should go!!! More

This is the best dealership I have been too. I just purchased my second car and just like the first time the people there went out of their way to help me get what I wanted. Joe Capra is a great sales purchased my second car and just like the first time the people there went out of their way to help me get what I wanted. Joe Capra is a great sales manager there. He took the time to go over payment differences on a few cars for me. He helped me to get what i wanted and what i could afford. They dont just sell you the most expensive car they have. They actually ask you what you want and what you can afford. Ive had credit problems but that didnt matter i feel as if i was treated the same as anyone else. The salesman Tony Dilard was also very helpful. When i arrived to take delivery the vehicle was cleaned and all the paperwork was ready to be signed. Nick in finance is a great guy as well. I had my young child with me and he was very accommodating. It means alot when everything is done professionally and they do everything they can to help you get into a car. I highly recommend this dealership. I drove 1 hour to get there and will only return to this dealership anytime i need a car. They truly do go above and beyond for you and that's very rare these days. More
