Since I have less than perfect credit it wasn't easy to get the payments where I needed them but Derek kept working with the lender until he made it happen. I never felt pressured - just very supported. I never knew shopping for a car could actually be FUN but it was. Lisa Hulmes was terrific during the paperwork portion too!
