Everyone was great at Elkins. I first spoke to Bob Borman, who helped me get information on the vehicle we owned, but did not buy from Elkins, without knowing we were interested in a new vehicle. When we went to the dealership, the vehicle was up front waiting for us. They kept in contact with us, but we never felt pressured. Everything ran smoothly and Bob and Time worked with us on all that we wanted. We had taken our puppy, who received plenty of attention. She was even invited into the dealership with treats! But the dealership indicated that that was an estimated cost using all incentives possible. There was nothing on the internet stating that. It clearly stated MSRP $47,190 and price $39,741.
