Being over 70 I have had the opportunity to purchase many vehicles. Having owned 4 Saturn vehicles I wanted to stay with GM .My experience started with a phone call with Joe capra who spent approx.1 hour tal vehicles. Having owned 4 Saturn vehicles I wanted to stay with GM .My experience started with a phone call with Joe capra who spent approx.1 hour talking with me.My goal was to get a chevy Equinox and he discussed the many aspects of the vehicle with me and invited me to stop in and further our discussion. The next day I went in and after meeting face to face , He introduced me to Steve Rosenberg and we discussed pricing and methods of payment. I went home and after thinking of all the things that Joe and Steve said made the decision to purchase.At no time was I pressured to buy . Meanwhile I had went on line and selected the car I wanted ,And verified its availibility. The next day I went in met with Nick mastripolito and he provided me with financing options ,Made the decision and today drove home in my new Equinox as a happy person with my wife at my side. More

As usual, Elkins Chevrolet delivered on its promises. I was told how long a service would take, and it was finished before that time. My car was washed before it was returned to me and I was out the door was told how long a service would take, and it was finished before that time. My car was washed before it was returned to me and I was out the door ahead of schedule. To be honest, I brought my car in earlier than scheduled on the day of service, and they still fit me in. That is why I keep bringing my car here for service. More

My family and I were looking for a Traverse and after countless visits to other dealerships, the staff (especially Jeff Schor) was exceptionally nice and upfront with everything we would be discussing / countless visits to other dealerships, the staff (especially Jeff Schor) was exceptionally nice and upfront with everything we would be discussing / negotiating. While most other places were giving us the run around on vehicles, even though the free Car Fax on their cars would tell a different story, Elkins was fully transparent on every thing. We got a great price on our trade-in and on the Traverse. We would fully recommend going to Elkins for a non-typical car buying experience. Thanks to their staff! More

I had purchased my car used from the dealership about three years ago and brought it in for new tires and a belt recently. Service on my car was quick, painless, and affordable. I decided to visit a dealership a few months ahead of time for a used truck. I looked at Google maps and of the dealers in the local area Elkins Chevrolet had a great rating, so I stopped by. When I visited I was only starting the process of buying a truck. I wasn't looking to purchase the day I did. What changed my mind were two key factors. First, they had almost the exact used Silverado I was looking for. Second, the salesman Steve Rosenburg was a complete pleasure to deal with. I have had poor experiences in the past but with Steve everything was easy and laid back. He was concerned about getting me into the vehicle that I wanted and was a genuine person which was very refreshing. I think the price was resonable and I got a little more than I expected for my trade in which was thanks to Joe Capra. Overall Elkins made a process that can cause anxiety into an open conversation about what fit my needs. If I buy another Chevy I'll be looking for Steve and Joe again. More

I took my 2012 Avalanche in for routine maintance and pulled up to valet parking and spoke to someone immediately without any hesitation and waited patiently under an hour for oil change and tire rotatio pulled up to valet parking and spoke to someone immediately without any hesitation and waited patiently under an hour for oil change and tire rotation. The staff were very friendly and super efficient! I was on my way without a hiccup in less than an hour! Now that's what I call excellent service! I highly recommend this dealer for sales and service. More
