I have my new Traverse now for almost a week and I am extremely happy with it as I was with my Equinox which I turned in and at first was reluctant to do so. They had the car I wanted, got it and the paperwork ready very quickly and worked me through all the closing material painlessly. When something is good and I like dealing with them I stick with them. Other than oil changes and tire rotations etc. I be back to the sales dept. in three years or less. My husband & I were just driving by & decided to stop in and look around. Steve Earl was the one who greated us. He was very helpful and showed us around & we test drove a 2008 GMC Envoy.
