Elkins has been working on my truck for over a week. Out of no where my diesel truck stopped working properly. I figured it was probably a computer glitch. Yesterday I went there to see what w Out of no where my diesel truck stopped working properly. I figured it was probably a computer glitch. Yesterday I went there to see what was taking so long and saw several people working on my truck. It was very obvious that my truck has some serious issues, but thankfully it is covered under warranty. I don't usually write reviews, but I was very impressed with the amount of effort the service department was putting into my truck. Looks like they have taken a lot of time and effort to fix my vehicle. I am grateful that the staff is working so hard on my truck. I apologize to anyone who might experience delays on their vehicle repairs, but just wanted to explain the situation and thank the staff for putting so much effort into my truck. I use my truck to earn money, so I'm now on an unplanned vacation, but I know the staff is doing the best they can to return my truck. Thank you Elkins Chevrolet service department. Matt More
