tb021, Now that is a great story! With the advent and ease of the Internet, it truly allows you to "Shop Around". When you are looking for that specific vehicle it sure does help. We do our best to make sure that every vehicle is photographed from as many angles and highlighting as many features as possible. Brian Vaseleck is absolutely conscientious on how he takes care of his clients. I think a lot of people can appreciate the fact that he sent you close up photos of any imperfections of the truck as opposed to letting you come all this way and find them for yourself. That is what being transparent is all about. Brian Daily, the Service Manager for Elliott Chrysler Dodge Jeep, is very knowledgeable on all aspects of caring for vehicles and does all that he can to answer any questions you may have. Your story clears up what a lot of people can sometimes be concerned with when it comes to working with a dealer that they aren't familiar with or that is from a distance.
