Nick was the most knowledgeable and no nonsense salesman I've ever worked with. He was very patient with all of my antics and he never made me feel like I was pressured nor wasting his time. They were able to look into the thumping noise I was hearing. They fixed it before letting me know what the issue was and did not charge me, which I think has to do with I was there a week before for is hearing.
