Elmwood Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

Unprofessional I went in for a tire rotation and oil change. While in the waiting room they come and ask me where the wheel lock key is. I told them your dealership I went in for a tire rotation and oil change. While in the waiting room they come and ask me where the wheel lock key is. I told them your dealership used it last. They never put it back in the truck. They said the master kit did not have the right one they ended up finding the right one supposedly and rotated the tires. They left the master kit piece in my truck so I would have one to unlock the lugs. Wouldn't that have been nice if I had gotten a flat, I would not have been able to remove the lugs without destroying them. When billing me, they wrote up a seperate charge and when I asked what it was they said it was the labor charge for the oil change, that the oil change should have been on line B instead of where it was. They wrote me up for a free wash which I never got and they never reset the oil change reminder either. Now I wonder if they did the oil change properly. I will not be going back, when I go to a dealership I expect a professional environment and this was not. The regular person was at lunch, must have been a late lunch and the person who wrote me up did nothing wrong and I have no problem with her. Not sure if it is her name on the invoice or the regular person. Don't want the wrong person to take any blame. More

When I walked in, I was greeted by James who had helped me via phone conversation the night before, and he had me get to work with Nathan. Once I started talking with Nathan, I realized there were so many options that I had not considered. My last car was a 2007, and let's just say technology has CHANGED. I had no idea what was right for me. Nathan helped me work through my priorities, explained the options, and found me the perfect match - even though it was a bit of a distance away. I have been very appreciative with the way Nathan has continued to help me out along the way. Car buying is not an easy task! More

Great Experience We had gone to an other dealership a couple days ago. We found a car we loved but they weren't willing to offer us any deals. When we went to Elmwood Dodge they were more than willing to listen to what we wanted and were able to fulfil our wishes. They were so nice and friendly and were a pleasure to work with. Within a couple hrs from start to finish we were able to leave with our new car. The finance manager was able to give us what we were looking for price wise. Definitely recommend them. More

The finance people, Vinny and Noel, explain the payment information very well.
