Last Saturday, I spent most of my day driving between terrible experiences at Jeep dealerships across RI...then I walked into Elmwood Jeep in East Providence and met Eniezer Rios. Always skeptical of a car sales guy, Eniezer quickly won me over. He was friendly, genuine and honest. There was no back and forth nonsense. He asked me what i wanted, and despite me giving him a pretty good challenge on my trade in and what i wanted to pay, he made it work! Of the ~20 vehicles (and 5 Jeeps) I have purchased in my life, this was by far the best experience! Clear communication throughout the whole process, very transparent business practices. I very very very highly recommend Eniezer Rios and the Elmwood Jeep crew! I WILL send my friends there! Sales person was tenacious! I was searching for a late model used Ram. Had been at it for 7 months. Contacted dealer on the Internet. Made an appointment and when I got there, I was searching for a late model used Ram. Had been at it for 7 months. Contacted dealer on the Internet. Made an appointment and when I got there, I was turned over to a sales person other than the one I had been talking to. No problem. This guy showed me what he had that fit my check list, but really couldn't come up with something that I liked. Called me back a couple of days later to follow up, and I asked him about something else that I seen on their web site. I was interested but we could not come to agreement on the price, so I left. Salesman called back 2 days later to tell me that the truck was still available. Verified his asking price, but still no movement. He called back 3 days after that to ask if I was interested at a reduced price. I said yes. He wanted me to take delivery that afternoon, went there but they could not move the vehicle until it was inspected. Picked it up 2 days later. Like I said, TENACIOUS> Deal done! This was my third transaction with Elmwood over the last 15 years. More
