We are moving to Colorado and I contacted the dealership about a Chevy Blazer EV lease. I notified the store of our impending move and wanted to have a vehicle ready when we arrived. The dealership worked out a lease and presented the numbers which we all agreed to. Long story short, almost a week goes by after submitting our credit, getting info for deposit, sending all info including multiple rebates we had to apply for to then ultimately be told they made a mistake and applied a large $5k rebate that we now didn't qualify for. We were upfront and agreeable from the start making for a very clean transaction, yet they strung us along for 6 days while they did nothing. The manager Sam finally called to tell me they messed up and they were not going to lease us the vehicle. He did not offer an apology or minimal discount of any kind, just a very matter of fact statement that they know they were wrong and don't really care that they waisted 6 days of our time and energy on this deal which was a clear bait and switch to try and garner our business. I would avoid this dishonest dealer since our experience was terrible! More
