Tldr - Buying car = great, after purchase care = lacking I purchased a used truck from the dealership; prior to arriving, my salesperson was very communicative and extremely easy to work with. The salesperson let me know somebody else was interested in the vehicle and allowed me to get in first to see it, as I had reached out prior to the other interested party. The test drive process was easy, and I did not feel any pressure or stress with regard to purchasing the vehicle. Following this, the negotiations and paperwork were about as fun as you could expect at any dealership (not very fun), but I cannot fault them for this, as it's just how it goes. As part of my purchase agreement, I would return the vehicle at a later time to have some issues worked upon and to have the vehicle detailed. It was easy to set up a time that worked for me and they worked with my time constraints as I was leaving for a vacation. Upon dropping off the vehicle, I was not left with someone who I could contact, as I believe my salesperson had gone on vacation. As such, it was difficult for me to know when to pick up the vehicle and caused some frustration. Additionally, I had noticed that my car had issues with the gas tank, so when I fill it up, gas would spray out at me. I mentioned this to my salesperson via text and one of his colleagues when I dropped the car off, and upon picking up the vehicle, there was no mention of them looking into this. It is extremely disappointing, as it is not something that would come up on a test drive, and it is something that is actually hazardous. Furthermore, when the car was detailed and returned to me, some Ray-Ban sunglasses and other items in my car were missing. Overall, I found the front end of my experience to be very pleasant, but following the purchase, I found communication and service standards to be lacking. So I would recommend the dealership for a purchase, but I would be wary of anything more than that. As I only dealt with the sales department for all of these issues, I cannot comment on the quality of any other department. More

We contacted the dealership on a Sunday (closed). We were contacted by Bart Monday morning, let him know which truck we were interest in and set up an appointment at 5:30PM. We were able to arrive an hour early contacted him and he said that would be alright. When we arrived 15 minutes after that call, he had the truck ready and ready for us to test drive.
