Disorganized overall, service reps were horrible to work with. Manager Austin stepped in to assist and at least he was professional to work with. Vehicle was in for recall and had to negotiate to avoid be with. Manager Austin stepped in to assist and at least he was professional to work with. After all of the difficulties, at the end of the work being done there was extra hardware left in vehicle found throughout the car. Further found a bag of extra hardware in the glovebox. Can't explain why the technician was going through the glovebox at all. Disappointing experience, wouldn't trust there service reps or mechanics with my vehicle again. More

My experience with Kade was terrible he was rude and unprofessional. I had to talk with Service Manager. The next day Roger had said he heard Kade the day before very unprofessional. An oil change a cha unprofessional. I had to talk with Service Manager. The next day Roger had said he heard Kade the day before very unprofessional. An oil change a changed light bulb and a new battery took almost 2 full days not sure why and nobody had answers. I would rate the overall service experience a 2 out of 5. More

My car was stolen due to the negligence of leaving my keys out, they failed to report it stolen. I bought my car during an inflated year so I got significantly less than I paid for it AND they offered me keys out, they failed to report it stolen. I bought my car during an inflated year so I got significantly less than I paid for it AND they offered me a terrible discount on a new vehicle when I was willing to spend my settlement money at their establishment. My grandfather retired from their company I have my own discount, still they couldn’t make anything work. Terrible customer service especially for how long they have been a community staple. More
