Alex Felix went out of his way to get the deal done. He picked me up and gave me a ride. The financing took too long and I didn't like the high pressure to get the extended warranty. When I called the service department I was told they don't install seat warmers. In order to install the Chevy app on my phone, I had to activate OnStar. I've already set it off accidentally twice. When I called onStar to cancel, I was told I can't cancel while it's in trial mode. When I called the service department, I was told they can't uninstall OnStar. I finally ended up doing some research and pulling the fuse myself. I'm almost sure my front left tire is loosing air. Now I need to find out where to get it repaired or replaced. More
