I started using an app to purchase a car because the process is grueling enough but it felt like scrolling through Netflix. Too much content to find anything worth watching. I found a car that ticked all my boxes and sent a message checking its availability. I immediately got a response from JD Graham at Emich who answered my questions. I wasn't able to get there for a test drive for three days. JD kept me posted each day about its availability and on the day I went in, he kept me posted each time someone came in to test it. He knew how much I wanted the car but knew they had a first come first serve policy. He offered options to secure it but knew I didn't want to risk losing the deposit if I ended up not liking it. It was an exciting if anxious day waiting to get off of work and race down there but I knew he would keep me posted which made it less anxious. When I arrived he had done all the paperwork and had his team ready to go. A very genuine guy who knows his stuff and each person I met there reminded me why it's better to work with people than apps. More

I really enjoyed working with Marc. He was extremely polite and was really good at reading people, so the sale never felt pushy. Although we were buying a Kia from Chevy dealer, he still was very knowle polite and was really good at reading people, so the sale never felt pushy. Although we were buying a Kia from Chevy dealer, he still was very knowledgeable and was quick to find any information about the Kia if needed. I imagine his knowledge about chevys are vast! Do not take your vehicle to Emich Service department for any repair. They worked on my 2017 Silverado in June of 2021 to replace a pinion gear seal, cost was about $380, first quote was $175. Now I have t any repair. They worked on my 2017 Silverado in June of 2021 to replace a pinion gear seal, cost was about $380, first quote was $175. Now I have to have the differential rebuilt for $2700!!! Emich should have checked out the differential in more detail or not over torch the nut holding the crush sleeve which sets the pressure on the gears per the tech who repaired the differential at a separate dealership. Now of course Emich Will not take ownership of causing the bigger problem. Sent from my iPhone More

Having missed out on the exact used car I wanted in 3 different states, I came across one at Emich Chevy via Carfax. I contacted the dealership and they put me in touch with the salesman Bart Johnson. different states, I came across one at Emich Chevy via Carfax. I contacted the dealership and they put me in touch with the salesman Bart Johnson. Now I live about 900 miles away from Emich Chevy and going to see the car was not possible. I know I broke the 1st rule of car buying but it had a Clean Carfax and it was everything I was looking for in the car, color, mileage, options, etc.. After talking to Mr. Johnson he assured me that the car was in excellent condition and I would truly enjoy the car. I took Mr. Johnson's word. After agreeing on a price the deal was made. Now, how am I going to get the car from Colorado to Chicago? Mr. Johnson mentioned that he would personally deliver the car to me. I couldn't believe it. I figured if the car can make it 900 miles, it must be a clean car. Well 13 hours later Mr. Johnson arrived and I was awe struck with the car, the honesty and the integrity of Mr. Johnson. More
