I had to bring my C8 in for a Gateway Module recall. I had called in advance asking how long the process would take. I was told anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour and a half. Good experience, but I waited one hour for shuttle ride home. Very pleased with Joe and service. I am bit confused about frequency of oil change.
