What a wonderful extra, leaving me with a positive impression I want to share. I chose Emich because they are much closer to my home. No communication was made to me in the day my vehicle was ready. I was super busy and didn't think to call until after closing. Had to wait out a 3-day weekend. Kade explained he became ill one day before my vehicle was to be done. Since I am paying Emich for their services, I feel they should have managed Kade's customers better, at least communicating with us. The repair portion is most important part though—no problems so far. More

We received excellent service from the Salesperson, Angel. He has a great selling technique and made us feel comfortable at all times. We also had great service from the financial guy Andrew.
