My experience with Kade was terrible he was rude and unprofessional. I had to talk with Service Manager. The next day Roger had said he heard Kade the day before very unprofessional. My car was stolen due to the negligence of leaving my keys out, they failed to report it stolen. I bought my car during an inflated year so I got significantly less than I paid for it AND they offered me keys out, they failed to report it stolen. I bought my car during an inflated year so I got significantly less than I paid for it AND they offered me a terrible discount on a new vehicle when I was willing to spend my settlement money at their establishment. My grandfather retired from their company I have my own discount, still they couldn’t make anything work. Terrible customer service especially for how long they have been a community staple. More
