I purchased a 2026 Sportage Hybrid SX Prestige. My sales specialist, Tiffany, was extremely knowledgable about the vehicle and very patient with me even though her workload was heavy. Please make the effort to pass on my appreciation to her and give her some sort of accolade she can hang in her cubicle. Brian, in finance, was great. He covered everything, and like Tiffany, was patient and never pushy. He and Tiffany both are effective listeners. It was the best experience I'd had in a finance office. The biggest issue we encountered was the wait time between agreeing on a price and meeting with the finance associate. We weren’t informed that there would be such a long delay, and at one point we were told we were “next,” only to wait over an hour more—followed by another hour in Finance. In total, we were at the dealership from around 12:30 PM to 7:30 PM—seven hours! We understand it was a hectic day with the federal tax credit deadline approaching, but clearer communication about the wait would have made a big difference. Additionally, the temporary trailer setup made for a less-than-pleasant environment during the long wait. Regarding Finance: Brian was helpful and courteous, but the process felt unbalanced. He spent a lot of time explaining optional add-ons, and then rushed through the actual contract—the most important part, in my opinion. I had to stop him several times to ask questions, which he did answer, but the pacing felt off. Due to the busyness of the day, we didn’t get a chance to discuss our trade-in, though we were interested in selling our car. All that said, I’m happy with my new EV6—thank you! More
