Steve did not tell us in advance and therefore we had to make two trips to the dealership in order for them to get another vehicle. I was displeased with this and told him, the dealership should treat people they way they want to be treated. We should not have taken two trips that day. Nonetheless, I was impressed with Steve - his professionalism and follow up. More
