This is the second time in a row I have had numerous problems getting my car picked up for service. Took me 3days just to make the appt. When I did the pick up time was 9:30 and no one showed up after t problems getting my car picked up for service. Took me 3days just to make the appt. When I did the pick up time was 9:30 and no one showed up after talking to 3 people on the phone and many excuses the vehicle was finally picked up at noon time or so. This happened last time I attempted to have this service. It got to be late in the afternoon to car no phone call so I had to call again to ask about my car. I finally arrived home late in the afternoon. Also I called Marina Smith 4 times he never answered and never returned my calls. He knows why I was calling him. I am in the market for a new car my 2019 Edge xx has only 10K miles and is like new a very attractive trade in which won't happen at your dealership. Terrible service not the actually work but the administrative part of it and even worse communication. More

Communication was poor; the process was clunky, and ultimately I had to negotiate my way out of a huge problem. If I could do it all over again, I would have purchased my F150 from a different dealership. Love the truck; did not enjoy the experience. More

I had my car in for a recall repair, I brought it in on a Friday and they did not give a loner car for the weekend. I don't get my car back until the end of Monday. By law you are supposed to give me a loner Friday and they did not give a loner car for the weekend. I don't get my car back until the end of Monday. By law you are supposed to give me a loner during a recall repair that lasts more than a day. His excuse was that all loners were out. Well then you should have gotten me a rental car then, but he refused. I had important things during that weekend to get to and then somehow get to work on Monday. My stress levels were through the roof and I am telling everyone not to go empire ford for anything. More
