They would not honor the deal that was offered on the website. Even though I printed out exactly what the website said I should expect. It’s pretty sad that these people will lie through their teeth to make a few extra dollars.

Dear Knjpainters, we are very disappointed that you did not receive the level of service that we expect to provide for every customer. We realize that your odometer was set to kilometers, instead of miles, which is an easy mistake for someone to make when checking in the car, as we do not normally see odometers reading in kilometers. We will use that as a teaching point, to be more careful when checking vehicles in. After correcting the issue, we were able to work with your warranty company and get the repair approved. Mr. Scheer, we apologize for the poor experience. It is our goal to provide exceptional service to every customer on every visit. Unfortunately, your keys were misplaced at some point. We realize that this caused great distress to yourself and your wife. Absolutely the last thing that we want to have happen to any of our customers. After our key machine failed to cut the new key correctly, your key was located and was able to be returned to you. Our service consultant did discount your service by $50, as he felt this was the right thing to do to try to assist you the best that he could. We also appreciate you taking some time out of your day on Monday to speak with our service manager, so we can use this a teaching experience to better our department.
