I made a service appointment for a scheduled oil change and a recall repair. I provided my VIN number at the time, expecting the recall to be handled at the same time. When I arrived for the service, I was told that they are not allowed to order the recall part (kit?) until the car is seen. (Is Ford confirming that the VIN number is affected not sufficient??). Now, I have to make a special appointment for sometime in the future while they get the parts. The scheduled service went without issue and fairly quickly. (as it should at 8am on a Saturday). The fact that I have to burn another day in the waiting room because of their recall policy is unacceptable. More

Place sucks. Barely had my car and it’s had so many problems. Most of which I fixed myself. The first thing I get told when I ask about my warranty is- “they may not cover it” totally alienating the cu problems. Most of which I fixed myself. The wrote my miles down wrong and told me I wasn’t covered under warranty and wouldn’t provide a rental even though they messed up and I had to wait for the to resend the warranty out and get it real priced after sending pictures of the odometer. I will never send a friend or family member here. I will never come back here. I need my exhaust manifolds replaced and I only put 5k-10i miles on this truck. Absolutely absurd. Oh but my warranty doesn’t cover it. More

I was was misquoted on my simple repair (tire install on new rims) and lied to by the service manager. The service employee that helped me with my order before my appointment was very kind and pleasant but new rims) and lied to by the service manager. And I was rescheduled at least 3 times(I belive more than that) in the end I tracked down the parts for the service team myself in under 10 minutes they had been working on it for over a month! More
