After bringing my Hyundai in for the 3rd time for the same issue, it was finally diagnosed and 'seems' to be better. Of course this is $1,000+ later Frank was the first employee to actually answer same issue, it was finally diagnosed and 'seems' to be better. I’m on my third vehicle from this dealership, and I’ve had great experience with all departments, including the service department. Everything was explained. It was a quick 30 minutes for first oil and filter and rotate tires.
