Brought my Tucson in was acting funny engine light came on was told needed to leave it there so they could check it out was given a loaner ,come to find out it was the engine three days later was informed on was told needed to leave it there so they could check it out was given a loaner ,come to find out it was the engine three days later was informed it was still under warranty that would get replaced ,took a couple of weeks got my car back they were just great .this is my 3rd car I have bought from this dealer they are great. If I could give zero stars I would!!! This place is the absolute worst!! I purchased a car from them I’m March 2020 it’s now almost July AND I STILL DONT HAVE A REGISTRATION!!!! I purchased my car from them almost 2 years ago. Everytime I have a question about my car's warranty or protection plan I get my call transfered around the dealership from one person to the next unt Everytime I have a question about my car's warranty or protection plan I get my call transfered around the dealership from one person to the next until I get a voicemail box.They either don't know how to answer a simple question or they don't want to deal with people using their protection plans.
