Oil change took 2 1/2 hours I would not recommend getting your Nissan serviced here. I had an appointment for an oil change and waited 2 1/2 hours. I watched as other customers came and went and I got no updates from the staff until I had to catch the rep as he was running out the door to let him know I was still waiting and see if he could check on my car.
