I recently visited the Bay Ridge Nissan dealership and left with a new 2012 Nissan Rogue. I was surprisingly pleased with not only my purchase, but with the fantastic dealer that helped me with my purchas left with a new 2012 Nissan Rogue. I was surprisingly pleased with not only my purchase, but with the fantastic dealer that helped me with my purchase (my main reason for writing this review). I went in alone and as a female I was a little worried about someone trying to jack up the price. I was lucky to have dealt with Joshua, not only was he genuine and straight to the point but he made me feel like I was making the right choice and safe with what I was spending. I have dealt with other dealerships in the past and have never come across someone so attentive and friendly. Not only do I recommend that you come to this shop to make your purchase but I recommend Joshua Hernandez. He knows what he's talking about and guides you in the right direction, sending you home with a smile and not a complaint! My younger brother has been planning to purchase a used vehicle and was set on going to some other places. I immediately called him and told him to visit Joshua before any other dealership. This dealership needs a course in Customer service...Hank showed me a car...told me it was 14k and he would give it to me for 13k....I called hime the next day. Its listed as 12k online.
