This was my first stop while purchasing my first car ever. At first I didn't really know what to expect or what the process would be like or if I can even get approved. I met with a gentleman named Davi ever. At first I didn't really know what to expect or what the process would be like or if I can even get approved. I met with a gentleman named David Rivera and lucky for me, stopping at this dealer first was the best decision I made. He was very professional, extremely courteous and explained everything from beginning to end. He got me approved and even helped me getting insurance for the very first time. Glad i shopped here and worked with him. More
Had an issue with my car not starting, got an appointment right away. The next morning came in to the service department and was greeted by Victor Paredes who helped me thru the process and explained all of right away. I purchased my 5th car from this dealer. Wouldn't shop anywhere else. Not into the games or wasting my time, this dealer always gets the job done. No Stars, Strongly NOT recommended. I had Ford Explorer 2020 with two payments left in March 2023. I was just looking around for cars and on March 17 2023, I visited Nissan of Bay Ridge I had Ford Explorer 2020 with two payments left in March 2023. I was just looking around for cars and on March 17 2023, I visited Nissan of Bay Ridge. Youssef, the sales person offered me Nissan Pathfinder 2023 and told me that they will take care of the two payment which is left for Ford Explorer. I agreed and leased the Pathfinder on the very same day. There happened lot of miscommunication between Youssef and his manager. Youssef offered me a lease with Zero down on certain payment but while working with Finance Manager, they came up with down payment and some other stuffs. After long arguments, I agreed to pay some amount towards the deposit. Now, after 2 months, I am getting calls from Ford Bank asking for the two months payment and disposing fee ($1500+). I called Youssef, as usual no answer, I messaged him, no reply. Today, thankfully he answered my call because he didn't knew its me calling him, and he straight forward said he didn't said anything like they will take care of my two payments and I won't be paying any disposal fee. Why would I lease a new vehicle when I still have two payments left with Ford, I only leased because Youssef said, Nissan of Bay Ridge dealership will take the car back and they will take care of any payments left with Ford. So today, Youssef refused all what he told me during the time of leasing. Youssef should have told me that they will not pay the remaining balance to Ford, I would have waited 2 months and then have leased Nissan, but to fill his pocket, he kicked my stomach. Now, I am going to take this to the General manager of Nissan of Bay Ridge, don't have any hope from them but i will try to fight for the right. Let's see how it goes with Manager this week. I will post the update after I meet the Manager. More
