He helped me when I needed assistance in the car even after buying the vehicle a month later without question. He’s a great salesperson. I had been in contact with the Bay Ridge Nissan dealership about a Nissan Rouge. I had an appointment this afternoon (9/29). I texted Liza in the morning to make sure that the car was still there, and at 1:02pm I received a text from her stating that it was. I arrived at 4:20pm. The receptionist asked me my name and printed out the Rogue information (I could see the paperwork). Jesus was called to help me. The receptionist handed him the printout about my visit with the car information. He looked at me and said "How may I help you?" Ummmm ... I have an appointment to see the 2014 Nissan Rouge and she just handed you the paperwork. Of course, we had to go to his office and he had to "look" to see where the car was because they "have a big lot". He came back and said that the car had been sold. Really? In 3 hours? He said that he could show me the car. I asked why in the world would I want you to show me a car that I can't buy? Of course, he had other cars that he could show me. Apparently lying about the car being there is the way to get you to go in anyway so they can sell you something else (he offered to show me a Kia Soul, absolutely NOTHING like the Rogue)! This kind of customer service is the absolute worst. I will never go to or recommend this dealership. BTW, I hadn't even left the building when I texted Liza back. I am still waiting for a reply, although I doubt that I will get one. I gave the dealership and Jesus a one star because no stars wasn't an option. More

Unfortunately I don’t believe that this review will make them change the way they do business but I hope it will help other customers make a better decision when choosing where to service their car. I had my Nissan Versa towed to this service center on Tuesday morning to get it diagnosed and repaired when it suddenly stopped working. I was assigned to Ali, who is possibly the WORST employee ever. I’ve now seen a lot of horrible reviews with his name attached to it and I wish we had done our research before wasting our time and money to tow our car here. If you ever get his guy, RUN!!! or really don’t bother coming to this center. First, I was never notified that the car had arrived. We called almost 10 times to try to get a hold of Ali and the status of the car but he was never to be found and his voicemail box was always full. We left messages with other service advisors and left our numbers, but still did not hear anything back. Our car ended up sitting on the street for 3 days! So we decided to come by Friday morning to tow our car to another service center. We finally got to catch Ali coming into work at 7:30am and at this point we were irritated and just wanted to grab our keys and go. Turns out his only excuse was that he wrote the number incorrectly and only tried to contact us ONCE, then proceeded to bill us $50/day for “parking” and $45 for processing our car which nothing, not even a diagnostic, was done during this 3 day period of time. No apologizes, no my bad, he kept acting like it was our fault that he wrote the number wrong and couldn’t get a hold of us. We called multiple times leaving our correct phone number with other service advisors AND our correct number was also written on the dashboard of the car!! How can this place be that stupid to not write our number correctly multiple times, somehow not be able to contact us more and once, and yet keep our car so they can charge us a scammer “parking” fee??????!!!!!!! I could not believe that they were making us pay for their mistake and not communicating with each other that we had been calling and re-giving our phone number in our messages so our car doesn’t just sit there accumulating bogus fees they never told us about! Does Ali just not talk to anyone or was he only hired because of nepotism cuz it seems like one of his relatives owned the service department and he’s just allowed to do what ever he feels? Our tow truck finally arrived and Ali seriously stood in front of the truck to hold our car hostage until be paid off this scammer fee for our car sitting on public street. This service center made a mistake and was continuing to try to squeeze us out of $212 of parking fees with no work done. I even asked to just pay for the processing and one day of parking but they really REALLY wanted that extra 100 just to have the upper hand. I was shocked and disgusted!!!! Don’t bother with this place, don’t bother with Ali, he is pathetic and you will never receive an apology or any acknowledgment that they made a mistake and will do at least the bare minimum to show remorse.
