Terrible, Shady, and Bait & Switch experience. They spent most of the time going back and forth about not accepting a True Car offer they posted online and sent to my email. They will also profile you and as most of the time going back and forth about not accepting a True Car offer they posted online and sent to my email. They will also profile you and ask what you do for a living and what is your credit score without even going over your wants and needs or even showing all features of the car. They have management that will lie to you and a super pushy salesman. Go over to another Nissan dealership and save yourself the time, gas, and experience ! More

My car has been in for service for over a month and a half with a bent rim and fixing the chips in the other three rims. There has been no progress. I bought their tire and rim insurance. They were tryin half with a bent rim and fixing the chips in the other three rims. There has been no progress. I bought their tire and rim insurance. They were trying to not honor it. After hours of talking on the phone I had to take the train to their office and figure it out in person. After 6 hours of talking to multiple managers, the salesman, and a service advisor they are saying it should be covered. They told me I could take the car and that it would be okay. When I asked the mechanic to fill the aforementioned tire with air, the mechanic told me that I cannot drive on dented rim like that because I was going to kill myself or someone on the road. I told the service department and they said they will call me the next morning. Fast forward two weeks later and they are still not answering my calls and/or telling me to call when they are not in. They have not even offered me a rental car until they fix the car. As my car payments are $600 /month and they have not had any progress for a month and a half that would be the least they could do. BUYER BEWARE! Waited a while to write this review. I wanted to live with the CPO 2017 Sentra I bought there for a while first. Let's start with the buying process, everything thing seems OK. They showed wanted to live with the CPO 2017 Sentra I bought there for a while first. Let's start with the buying process, everything thing seems OK. They showed me a breakdown of the price and fees on a video screen while I was there but not a hard copy which I thought was odd. I was not informed that the car was in an accident until after I agreed buy the car. No big deal I thought, they said it was just a fender bender and everything was repaired. Now I assumed that since this car was previously bought there new and was now being sold as "certified used" it would have had full coverage and had to be fixed back to factory spec... more on that later. After signing more papers than when I bought my house the sale was complete. I noticed afterwards that the breakdown of all their fees was not included on my receipt, again very strange. Like I said I've lived with it for a couple of months now and when I washed it the other day I noticed all of the paint issues. They had the right rear passenger door repainted and also the front bumper. Maybe some other places as well and not a very good job, definitely not back to factory. There are drip marks and masking tape residue and the color clearly doesn't match. Now I realize that this is a used car but that's BS. I was contacted by a manager, Vincent Freund via email about my buying experience and when I replied with my concerns I got not no response. Bottom line I wouldn't trust them so I would advise you to be very careful if you decide to buy a used car from them. Also make sure you check the carfax and if it shows an accident either avoid altogether or examine the car outside in the daylight so you can check for signs of damage and repainting. So initially I thought I was getting a great deal on a low mileage car but in reality I probably paid way too much considering the issues I found and also who knows what else they failed to mention. And now when I need to either sell or trade in the car I will have to explain why the car was repainted and I will have no answer. More

It was a pleasant, relatively quick experience and everyone was friendly, helpful, and informative. I got the car I wanted and wasn’t hassled into getting a newer or “better” model (which has happened everyone was friendly, helpful, and informative.
