It was my first time and my last time at this It was my first time and my last time at this dealership’s service department. Zero stars. I had the unfortunate opportunity to be assigned to a ser It was my first time and my last time at this dealership’s service department. Zero stars. I had the unfortunate opportunity to be assigned to a service advisor named Ali. I informed him that I was taking a 1200 mile trip the next day and I went in for a simple tire rotation and oil change and wiper replacement (over $160) He tried to convince me to get other maintenance services but I declined. After 3 hours, I went to the cashier to inquire about when my car would be ready. The cashier referred me back to the service advisor Ali. I went to his cubicle and he was nowhere to be found. I asked other advisors and they stated that I had to speak to Ali. So I’m wandering around an unfamiliar dealership looking for the service advisor Ali asking mechanics, car parkers etc where is Ali. Couldn’t be found. I went back into the waiting room for another half hour and then I went back inquiring about the missing service adviser Ali who is never in his cubicle. He’s very arrogant, self absorbed, nonchalant and couldn’t care less about his performance. I’ve been to many different service departments and I’ve never seen this level of total disregard. Out of nowhere he shows up with my paperwork and tells me to go to the cashier and pay. After I pay, they proceed to bring my car. As I’m looking at the paperwork and waiting for my vehicle, it states that I have a nail in my tire and a slow leak. As I’m about to take a long trip, this service advisor failed to advise me of this dangerous situation and my tires were placed back onto my vehicle without a word said. As I start to complain, I’m told that I must speak to the service advisor but guess what, he’s missing in action once again. After some time, he shows up again with the excuse that no one told him about the tire. Say what? This clown Ali had the paperwork which stated the tire information. He cared less that he messed up. Was very dismissive of my concerns. Ali never apologized and as I continued to complain he said that they could patch the tire for an additional $65. I asked for a manager but of course they stated that he/she was not in on that date. Apparently when the manager is not in, neither is the service advisor Ali who spent more time away from his cubicle than in the cubicle. How many breaks does Ali get? He (Ali) walked away and didn’t care about any minuscule customer service etiquette. I was considering financing a vehicle at years in from Bayridge Nissan but after this experience there is no way in xxxx that will happen. He (Ali) must be related to the owner because that’s the only way he could still be hired as an employee. Ali is pathetic. He should be cleaning the sewers instead of working with customers. Ugh! Ali is HORRIBLE!! If you’re assigned to Ali Fares, run for your life. More
Horrible, Horrible, Horrible. He wanted to do paperwork before he showed us the car. Didn’t show us the car we wanted to look at. Disrespectful and didn’t want to make the sale.
