Poor customer service, not much directions give in. Went in to get my car serviced, upon entering the dealership someone met us at our car and gave us a paper. After waiting for about 45 mins, I went to ask someone about when will my car be finished. I was then instructed that I had to go see the service manager, unsure as to why I wasn’t told this before. After speaking with the service manager I was told they would get someone on it. I told them I would have t go somewhere then come back for my vehicle in a couple of hours because I had a meeting to attend. Upon collecting my car and returning home I noticed that they changed my license plate cover without asking for my permission . I just don’t understand how you guys can go ahead and make changes to someone’s vehicle without their permission especially after offering such terrible service. Horrible experience would not recommend anyone to go there ever again More
My experience at this dealership was nothing less than 5 stars. If I could give them 6 Stars I would. David was incredible. I Have not got any luck finding a new car recently until I passed by bay ridge nissan. I worked with DJ on helping look for one that I wanted. I gave him all my needs and what I pictured for the car.
