I was shopping around for a car and made a stop at Bay Ridge Nissan. I was looking for a car for me and my son.I met DJ and he made my experience quick and easy. They constantly cleaned tables and always Ridge Nissan. I was looking for a car for me and my son.I met DJ and he made my experience quick and easy. They constantly cleaned tables and always wore face masks.This dealership made me feel safe and comfortable being there. I ended up purchasing 2 cars just like I planned. This is one of the worst car dealerships EVER! From sales to service. First time dealing with Nissan and Bayridge Nissan made me HATE it! They will take advantage of you and it’s very sad. Almost every single month, I get the same email over and over again. It goes as followed; "Thanks for being a part of the Bay Ridge Nissan referral program. We wanted to check in with your sharing and rewar over again. It goes as followed; "Thanks for being a part of the Bay Ridge Nissan referral program. We wanted to check in with your sharing and reward stats from the last month". Basically, I brought two friends of mine over to this dealership and they ended up purchasing two cars back in January 15 2018 and March 1 2018. The email informed that every time you bring a new customer to this specific dealership, you will be rewarded about $200. After two years, (writing this as of September 23 2020), I have not been able to redeem my reward(s). I was expecting them to eventually send it through mail, as I had done previously with Bay Ridge Honda. Thus being said, I had walked into Bay Ridge Nissan's dealership, and they paired me with Vincent Freund (more like Vincent FRAUD). Vincent was incredibly dishonest and very arrogant. He kept claiming that there was no possible way of redeeming the reward, and that it was "too late". I grew frustrated and calmly asked why I was still receiving emails about this so called promised reward. Ignorantly, he replied saying to just "unsubscribe" by scrolling down upon one of the emails to stop getting them. He then proceeded to say if I were to get ANOTHER customer to purchase a car, he would then agree to allow me to redeem another reward. I will never be recommending this dealership to another living soul again. He had tried to manipulate me into unsubscribing from a vital subscription that is supposed to update me on my status, then proceeded to try and gain revenue from my friends. I would highly appreciate someone to contact me about this redemption for my promised rewards. This was a very upsetting ongoing situation. More
