Completely Satisfying and Reassuring Buying Experience. Best New car experience I ever had. It's, a level of professionalism a step above the other dealerships. They got to the best price immediately and unlike other dealer didn't waste time playing games. They also gave hard numbers on a spreadsheet immediately with different scenarios rather than the waiting game after agreeing on a price or lease price verbally and waiting 2 hours for another rep to discuss the upfront fees. Everything was transparent and on a printed spreadsheet. Other dealers in my experience confirm verbally or handwrite something on a piece of paper. They all try hard and work for good. customer relations. This place is a step above and and I love the professional attitude. Ignore the poor web reviews. That was a different management and from the past. This is a new place with a new attitude. They were completely reassuring in every step of the process from the second you enter the door. More

We paid almost the same price for a Maxima ,which is a more expensive car as a 3.5 Altima . I would highly recommend Alex to anyone .Great Car , Great service , Great deal. More

He is always courteous and extremely knowledgable and will try to use no one else unless he is not in that day! He is detail oriented to make sure you understand everything. Had the 7,500 mile service done to my car which was done in a timely manner, oil change, tire rotation, and a few minor other things; expected to have a longer wait. They enlarged their waiting area which feels more spacious and has free wifi, bagels, donuts and coffee while you wait. More

I was so please with the atmosphere that I recommended and encouraged my cousin Anderson to opt for Bay Ridge Nissan to purchase his car. He did and bought a 2014 Rogue SV on September 15th and apparently was delighted with the car and the way Mr. David Martin handled the whole transaction.
