You couldn't ask for a better guy My dad decided to buy me a car for my birthday. My birthday is in October. I came their for the Chevrolet Cruz but once at discovery that there would be no way my tall basketball playing son could fit, and saw how my dad was eye balling the nissan Altima, I pounced. My dad felt it was more than what he wanted to pay but with the great help of Steve Woodhouse, we were able to change his mind, ALOT. My dad was throwing a lot of road blocks but Steve in his expertise and convincing charm, a lil nudging from me and I finally got my car. Steve was extremely patient through the daddy ordeal. He sat me and my dad down and explained everything to us in detail. Even when my dad asked questions that didn't have anything to do with us, and which was annoying to me, Steve explained everything the best he could and didn't give off any body language or attitude that he was disturbed. Only I was by my dad. A week later when I had questions I came back to the dealership and Steve dropped everything he was doing and helped me. Walked the 2'longest blocks of my life and we went for another spin. He got me to better understand how my car worked before we parted ways. Steve is awesome. He is patient, kind and very respectful. He's an all around nice gentlemen and clearly a great asset to the company. If I get another "free" car from daddy, I'm going back there and for sure I don't want to see anyone other than Steve.
