New Process I visited Bay Ridge Nissan Dealership looking to buy a car for my son Richard. I went there not knowing what to expect because it was a new experience I visited Bay Ridge Nissan Dealership looking to buy a car for my son Richard. I went there not knowing what to expect because it was a new experience. I was amazed to see how professional these representatives were. I started to communicate with Denisse and Rendell then continued the process with Ricardo who finally closed the deal. I was very pleased with the way Ricardo explained the process from beginning to end. My son was very amused and he ended up with the Infinity G37x coupe. The experience was very positive and I would recommend Bay Ridge Nissan to everyone who is looking to buy a car . The price is right and the process is very efficient and professional . I am not an easy person to please but I have to tell you that Zi was extremely pleased. Thank you yo Denisse, Rendell and Ricardo for a job well done. More

keep it simple and stress free I went to the bay ridge Nissan website to look for a car for my son who has had Hondas in the past but was looking for a Nissan. When I called they to I went to the bay ridge Nissan website to look for a car for my son who has had Hondas in the past but was looking for a Nissan. When I called they told me the new way of hassle free pricing and that it means non- negotiable.I went to the dealer with this in mind and told my son who was buying the car with his money that if you don't like something about this 2005 Altima we are going to walk away.When I met Barry Rozell He was very professional and explained that there are plenty of cars if I didn't like this car. When I took the car out for a little ride we liked it. I put a deposit down and a few things were to be fixed on the car and when we came back a couple of days later the car looked very clean and shiny sitting in front of the dealership.We met with Barry, paid the balance ,signed the papers put the plates on the car and off we went.Barry kept it simple and stress free.I would recommend this Bay Ridge Nissan dealership. More

Craige was very helpful from the moment I enterd the dealership, we spoke about what my needs were and price range, buying verses leasing and from my needs w was very helpful from the moment I enterd the dealership, we spoke about what my needs were and price range, buying verses leasing and from my needs which would be better for me,We talked about best price and fininancing and worked on calculating a monthly payment that I could met. Craige also spoke with my insurance company to get nessecary insurance documents and he registered my new car and put the plates on it . He was able to get the car I wanted in about 2 days as promised. He stayed inconstant contact with me by phone to keep me current on the process and to headof any obstacles before they became a problem, We were about to complete this deal with only 3 visits, the inital , the fininacing meeting and the pick up, because of my work schelude this took about 2 weeks to complete. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the car and his freindly demeanor which was not pushy and he made you feel like he was there to work with you.I will recommend other to the dealership and have them seek him out, all in all it was a very good experience Thanks Craige for all your help Sincerely Neil Johnson More

I went to Bay Ridge Nissan and met Fabulous Beverly who convinced me to shop at Bay Ridge for a fairer price. She guaranteed to get me what I wanted in 2 weeks and she delivered! Dishonnest Sales People We've negotiated on a Nissan Moreno lease. The price we were quoted was $220.00/month and $3000 down. After making a deposit, we were asked to go to t We've negotiated on a Nissan Moreno lease. The price we were quoted was $220.00/month and $3000 down. After making a deposit, we were asked to go to the finance department, the monthly price jumped to $269.00, $6000.00 down. They explained that we were obligated to buy GAP insurance worth $50.00/month; further, we had to pay in advance for first and last month lease which was not included in our contract and in addition, we had to pay a disposition fee of $400.00 which was never mentioned before. We have being asked to sign our contract through a signature pad and nothing was explained to us. This was a lesson well learned, we will never use this dealership or lease a Nissan again. More
