Got a good value for my trade in too. As i already knew what i wanted and with a truecar certificate i didn't have to negotiate at all, except for the Extended Warranty that can be negotiated for a lot less than what they offer at first. The total time i spent was 4 hours. They didn't have the s model with limited edition package which i wanted, so they had to order it from NJ they said, it took a week to deliver my car here. Signed the contract on Tuesday got the car next Tuesday. Also as we have already signed the contract for the base S w/limited package, for my surprise it actually came with external ground lightning ($260) + floor mats ($100+) which i did not pay for!! Overall I'm glad i bought my new max from them. Sales person assisted me was Beverly and finance manager Dwayne. More
I went in believing that I was not going to get the deal I was looking for. I wanted a substantial decrease in my monthly payment on a car with nine more months to go on the lease. Yes, there were 2 things I had not planned on getting but having learned the joys of certain events I decided that the slight increase was worth it.. 0 stars. Horrible. Where do I begin? I would not bring my car there if I didn't have to. My car was towed there as arranged by Nissan Roadside Assistance because my starter didn't work. ALL I wanted was t my car there if I didn't have to. My car was towed there as arranged by Nissan Roadside Assistance because my starter didn't work. ALL I wanted was to get it fixed and pay the $50 deductible as agreed in the extended warranty service contract. Because my car was in the shop they took my car hostage unless I agreed to pay, initially, for a new battery, drive belt and labor, that I knew was fine. I brought a mechanic from RIGHT AROUND the block that had a jump starter with him so I can have to towed to a cheaper place and to find out if it really is the battery and belt that I KNEW was fine. A representative told me that it wouldn't start unless I had a new battery and belt. I asked him how did he bring it in the shop. He replied that they pushed it in. So I said push it back out. That's when he said they can't let my car go (I'm not allowed as by law to go to their garage and take my car out of there) unless I paid the diagnostic fee of $115 . This is after they didn't give me a rental car as stated in the service contract and I asked for multiple times (should have gotten a rental for the 3 days after Nissan Roadside Assistance made a call to the Bay Ridge Nissan.) Being stuck in this predicament of not having a car for 3 DAYS and they refusing to release my car. I paid the bill of $190 plus tax so I can get back to going work and my life! More
