Absolutely amazing service from James the sales manager, the sales guy, Andre and Rafael, the finance manager. They were all truly exceptional and I will definitely be going back and recommending my friends the sales guy, Andre and Rafael, the finance manager. They were all truly exceptional and I will definitely be going back and recommending my friends and family to this dealership. The whole process was so seamless and professional. Andre even help me put my babies car seat into my new vehicle that I leased. I also left my EZPASS inside my car that I returned and James was kind enough to retrieve it and hold it for me. I was in & out within an hour in a beautiful Nissan Murano. White glove service all around. Thank you Route 22 Nissan. You truly standout next to the others. More

My appt time was 9am and I arrived at 8:45am. I was greeted, but it took almost two hours just for an oil change. I left the shop at 10:30am. My interaction with the service reps were great but the tim greeted, but it took almost two hours just for an oil change. I left the shop at 10:30am. My interaction with the service reps were great but the time it took is crazy. On top of that I did not get a printout of any services my car needed. I was only given a receipt. This is not the first time this happened either. The very first time I got my car serviced the same thing happened but I didn’t want to go to the service center in NY since I was in NJ. They need to get better with time management. On top of that other dealers that I’ve experienced took maybe an hour but my car had an oil change, the multi point service and a car wash. More
